In most cases they will have the first pup within 30 minutes
You should never let a dog go more than 2 hours after the water breaks before getting to the vets.
You need to get her to the ER vet immidiately probably for a c-section and good chance there may not be any pups alive.
I hope you will be lucky but go very quickly

If Believer is correct and she has still not given birth than you need to get he to your vets.
There may be a very big problem. Dogs usually go into labor shortly after water breaks and a pup will appear. If this hasn't happened than you girl is in big trouble. Get her to your vet or a emergency vet now!

Please get her to a vet. If it has been that long since her water broke there is likely a big problem and the pups are likely already dead or dying because you have let this go on so long.
PLEASE GET HER TO A VET! Get the vet out of bed if you have to!

Hmmmm. You know, you asked this SAME question 4 hours ago - what have you been doing since then? oooohhhh and look, people gave you the same answers 4 hours ago.
Either you are a troll or you are neglecting your animal. I sure hope it is the former and not the latter.

If the water bag broke yesterday and there are no pups yet, she is in trouble and needs to be taken immediately to the Vet! If you are certain it was the water bag that broke, the puppies may already be dead. Please, take her now!!! If there is any chance to save them at all, you cannot wait another minute.

Agreed. Call your vet. Much depends on whether this is her first litter or not but she should already be in labor if her water broke yesterday.

birthing can be as long off as twelve hours after the water breaks and twelve hours long. just give her water and watch if she needs any help and be prepared to change the bedding frequently as she will completely soak it.

She gives birth close after that. Just try to make her comfortable and not disturb her.
