K so it was time for lunch and the class was about to go to the luchroom whille I still had to get my money out of my backback. I got my money but my wallet fell out of the backpack and fell on the bottom of the locker floor but the class had already left so i just left it there and ran after them ( thought i just put it back after.
( Our lockers dont have any locks on them and are basically just cabnet spaces with a gliding door. And we have a locker buddy )
And when we got back from lunch I totally forgot about my wallet and didnt realize it untill the next day and guess what.... It wasnt there along with my $50 .
I know it was my locker buddy ( i hate him, teacher paired us together ) he is very poor and nobody likes him he is EXREMELY WEIRD . And never talks to anyone and always looks at everyone like hes gona kill you lol .
What should I do ?

you have no proof, no witnesses, and you just left your wallet out on the floor. Duh!!! Your screwed. Even if you were to report him you have nothing. he's probly already spent the money. Dont judge a book by its cover. Wierd or not, you have no proof he did it.

you locker buddy is an obvious choice for accusation...he's poor, nobody likes him and so called extremely weird. you say the lockers don't have locks on them, so anybody can get in. you didn't stop long enough to make sure your wallet was put away, and you did't take reasonable care of your money. anyone could have seen you and anyone could have taken the opportunity to lift your wallet and your cash.
what should you do? nothing because you haven't got proof. gathering a bunch of so called witnesses for character assassination wouldn't work because nobody likes the kid anyway. chalk this up to buying yourself an expensive lesson, hopefully one you'll learn from.

Doesn't matter. Your fault, and nobody but yours. You knew you had that money in your wallet. You knew you dropped it. You knew there was no lock on your door, and you knew that you did not like your locker buddy. What does it take for you to get a clue?
It would have taken you... how long? Ten seconds to pick your wallet up from the place you dropped it? You didn't. Get on with your life and write it off as the price of a lesson well learned. That is how we get smarter as we get older.

Wow, that's pretty trusting to leave a wallet in an unlocked locker that you share with someone you don't like. I'm thinking that was not the best idea.
Unless you have proof, it's all speculation. Nothing you can do about it. Report it to the office. Could be a miracle happened and someone turned it in.

I really dont understand 2 things.
1 if you knew that there was 50 $ in the wallet, you prob. should have picked it up
2 why did u bring 50$ to school? Its not like ur going to buy the whole school lunch, and brag it off to your friends because someone MAY STEAL it
Even if it was him, you dont have anny witnesses to prove. ANYBODY could have gone in there if they are open to everyone to look inside.
GOOD LUCK

You shouldn't have left it in your locker. Sorry, but it's your own fault. Let it be a lesson to you to always keep things like that on your person.

If you know for sure that it was him, report it to the school authorities. But it seems like you really don't know for sure that it was him. You shouldn't keep valuables in an unlocked locker.

How do you know he STOLE your money?..Did you see him?..If no, then there is no concluding evivence, even after you point out the reasoning behind it. I guess this is one lesson in life, you'll have to learn the hard way. Guess what?..lifes not fair! *It's your fault for not being careful in the 1st place*

That doesn't sound like "real proof" he did it....give the guy a break...could have been anyone.....Your at fault for just leaving it there afterall, it was your WALLET......I'd ask around maybe someone knows something for sure or maybe it was turned in by a teacher or something.......

just forget about the $50 and try not to tempt people to wrong you...in other words take better care of your things and people wont have the chance to steal them. ; )
