The guy I think is hot is kinda "ghetto"... thats the word i use where im from. its the style he wears.... he wears baggy pants & sports jerseys and nikes & stuff like that.... hes latino..he wears stuff from the city ..ya know. he sat behind me on the bus the other day & i could feel him staring whole in my head...& he let me get off before him, where as other guys just plow right by you... & he held the door for me... & we smile at eachother all the time... & he was standing a few feet away from me the other day & nodded at me & had his friends turn around to look at me. none of my friends know who he is so we're assuming he's new like me. & he stares at me especially when i or him walks by eachother..& i was sitting by myself on the stairs and looked up & he was looking down at me from the balcony directly above & winked & was like "hey" so i was like "hey" & he smiled & walked away then his friend looked down at me & walked away 2. he'll turn around & stare at me as he walks away.

Why are you making such a point of talking about his differences from you? It seems like you're accentuating differences when you should be finding your similarities. What do you two have in common? Find out.
It sounds like he already likes you. Why don't you just let things happen naturally? Don't force anything. Be yourself.

Best advice: Be yourself at all times no matter where you're from. If you attempt to act like you're "down" you're going to trip yourself up and wind up looking silly and duplicitous. It's entirely possible that he doesn't want more of what he sees around him everyday. Just be yourself.
