Im looking for a good Tattoo which means something to me
in the year 2000 my life had changed i had a little girl, but before that i was going of the rails with drink clubbing etc,in a way i was saved or i would of ended up in prison or worse (dead)
i want something that will remind me how life is special now
i dont like names on the body
this will be my first tattoo so nothing too BIG
I hope someone kind would design something for me

If i had a rough design then i could take it to the tattoist then i could ask him thats what i want and see if he can come up with something better

i think you should get in angel or something like that, and it would be better if you put your daughter's name, but if you don't want it,that's ok.just make sure you want it for the rest of your life.good luck!(:
p.s. if you live in southern california you should go to kat von d from la ink, she's really good at tattoos!

Visit a tatooist/book an appointment and get them to work with you in drawing a design. If they are a good tatooist they will set down and work something out with you.
They will then advise on size and position.
You really should have an idea of what you want and the design as its going on your skin and will be there forever.
Just trying to get random ideas off here is not a good idea - you need professional input because once it's on it aint coming off

a custom tattoo artist is the best person to design something for you because that is their job. they are able to create a tattoo that will flow well with the body and look right on whatever particular part of the body you put the tattoo.
also, not all designs will look as good on the skin as they do on paper and a tattoo artist will be able to design something that will look better on the skin than on paper.

I've always had my tattoos drawn up by the artist before I let them near my skin.Go along to a few studios, ask to see portfolios, mingle with the customers and ask to see what ink they have and who the artist was (if you like what you see of course) There are many fantastic artists that have brilliant websites for you to look at for inspiration.Join some tattoo forums and ask for advice on artists in your area too. You'll find people falling over themselves to help you.Best of luck, and well done on turning your life around.

any tattoo parlour will do this for nothing. i've just had stars on the top of back , shoulder blade etc wiv my kids first initial inside done in my fav colours.
as it was my first i knew what i wanted but were'nt sure of size and position the design my tattooist came up with is far better than i imagined and it's unique as no one else has got it.
i'd tell them all ur fav things and see what they come up with, u got nothing to lose as it's free.

You do not need a rubbish tattoo to desecrate and damage your body. You have already got the most wonderful reminder of your life change, your beautiful daughter. Love and cherish her, you need no other reminder.

You could always get the name of your little girl, she will ALWAYS be yours and you can always defend it. maybe have an angel holding up a beaten and bloody person? thats always a nice one, its not to big. can get it on one arm.
