Sending an email at a precise time ?

Is there a way to do with Vista Window Mail ? Supposed i want to send a message in the middle of the night and don't want to wake up just for that. Is there a way to setup the program to send an email at a precise time ? If i can't do with with Window Mail, can you suggest a program that can ?

Not sure if the new mail has this option. Outlook does.

Start a new message and look at the toolbar of the message. If there is an Options button (probably on the right side). Click it.

Look for the option "Do not deliver before" and put in the time you want.
