I like it - it tends to have more flavor & be a little leaner.

Current cattle raising practices are scary - highly processed feed, animals in closed quarters which leads to illness & the use of antibiotics & hormones to promote faster growth.

Anything that allows the animal to roam & be healthy is a step in the right direction.
