I agree with both Griz and Slim, get a lawyer and get a Congresscritter. It won't hurt to contact your Senators either.

Good Luck.

I know several people who have gotten 'done' over by the Feds like this.
Hope you have a LOT of bucks for a defense fund.
If there were violent felony charges involved, forget it right now, & don't waste the cash.
I know one 'citizen' who has shelled out over five figures worth in lawyers' fees over seven years, and is no better off now than when he first STARTED the fight!
No matter what, Step 1: get a lawyer.

I no a guy who spent 10,000 and they took the felony off of his record he got when he was 17 years old(4 counts of residential robbery). When he went to get his foid card in IL they told him No.They said we removed the felony but didnt say you could have a gun.

This guy was so pissed you wouldnt believe it.

PS he was tried as an adult at 17 because he was amansipated.

contact your congressional representative. if your states rights have been restored, hopefully you'll have a pro-gun representative.
