I'd read some critics about this studio, it seems that it's not like in the T.V. shows, they say that the artists takes a lot of smoke breaks and the tattoos are very very expensive and also the guys of the T.V. are not there if you want a tattoo from them, and the costumer service is a joke, i need some info about this please, cuz i'd been thinking about making me a tattoo there, so i need to be 100% sure if it is a good place and if i'll have the attention they give to their costumers like in the show.

I think you could find better artists, they're not the be-all end-all of tattoo artists. Look at portfolios of artists online.

It really is a nice place to get a tattoo. IF............. you don't mind spending a lot of $$$$$. They are about 3 time as much as a regular tattoo place. My dad went there about a year or two ago. He was there on vacation, so they stopped, then they did not have an artist for "walk-ins" & the wait was almost 2 1/2 months so he did not get one there But he watched them do some tat's & he said that they are all very nice & know what they are doing. All of their work is beuatiful...

tv is never like reality. my tattoo artist takes smoke breaks. if you think that a full ribcage tattoo can be done in the 5 minutes they dedicate to it on the show... you're mistaken. some of those tattoos can easily take 5 hours. no artist is going to tattoo for 5 hours straight. my artist takes a 15 minute break every hour.
and yeah, i'm sure their prices are considered to be high to some people but so are name brand clothes and luxury cars. when things are in high demand there is a markup, that's the american way. also not all of the artist work at that shop. chris garver actually lives in california, he only goes to miami when the show is filming a few months out of the year.
i promise that there are artists closer to your area of the country that can definitely tattoo better than those guys. just because they are on tv doesn't mean they are the best.
