I am so tired of the same old stuff, and pizza is really boring. Any suggestions??

I'm having tonight is those Johnson beer brats..
gonna put all 5 in a glass casserole dish with some 1/2 inch sliced potatoes and baby carrots
covered with foil and 1/4 of beef broth,,
in the oven on 400 for about an hour
last night i did meat balls and noodles..
using Campbell's cream of celery soup with no water added.. just str8 out the can.. makes a good sauce..
meat balls are made with 2 parts hamburger
1 part turkey.. dozen crushed club crackers
1 beaten egg and package of McCormick meatloaf seasoning.. chopped onion is optional
you can bake golf ball sized in 400 oven for 15 Min's or deep fry them for 8

Saute some mushrooms in butter with garlic. Add the "emergency" jar of Alfredo sauce. When it's heated, add some half and half or cream, and a big handful of shredded Parm/asiago/Romano. (You can also toss in some frozen broccoli florets or leftover meat). Serve over a different pasta shape like campanelle. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley or cilantro and more cheese and fresh pepper.
Believe it or not, this is quick and easy. The sauce will be done by the time the pasta's done. For other color you can saute diced red bell pepper with the mushrooms.

Well, you don't tell us what the "same old stuff" is. What do you have or what do you like and are you planning on going to the store???
