Is there any difference in quality between the shotguns sold under Benelli USA vs Italy or is it the same?

THis is my interpretation that Benelli USA is the importing company. Benelli's used to come to us through Hechler and Koch and i believe Benelli USA is a subsidiary of the parent Company. The weapons are manufactured in Italy and possibly put together in USA

Quality should be the same. Benelli is ultimately owned by Beretta Holdings. Depending on the gun you are looking for, Franchi is a lower priced version of the Benelli. They have the same enertia driven recoil system.
