Help, please, is he just being kind or does he like me?

I've been texting this really lovely guy for the past four weeks, I've been invited to see him a couple of times as well. Today, he's sent me 79 text messages, most have kisses on the end. We had a chat about each others looks, I said he was handsome (he is) and he called me pretty (I'm fairly pretty I suppose). He said goodnight and put "gud nite sweet ox" on his last text. Does he like me or not, honest answers please!!!
