I feel that I should get breast implants sometime in the next few years. One of my breasts is smaller than the other, and I would like them to be a little bit bigger. I am currently 5'5'' and 115 pounds. My breasts are a 34C right now, and I was thinking of getting a 34D. What do you think?

There's absolutely nothing wrong with getting breast implants and if it makes you happy then you should seriously consider it. Talk it over with a doctor to see if you're in good health, and discuss the specific details of the procedure. A doctor should be able to tell you when us too big, and if you go too big that's when you get health problems. As someone before said, the surgeries that turn out badly are usually pretty extreme. You only want to go about a b or c (idk what size you're at now) which is hardly extreme. I'm just letting you know though, I don't know what you look like but a b can be quite small. I'm a b cup and I'm so flat chested I look like a fat little ten year old :(. I too want implants, and I'm considering saline. Yes, they can burst as can silicone, but saline isn't dangerous and it will just be absourbed into your blood stream. The material you use for your implants is one of the details you should talk to your doctor about. As for anyone going on the "love your body" rant: you either love your body or you don't. And if you don't, you probably never will unless you change it, at least a little. Yeah, it kind of sucks but that's just how it is. I personally find it hard to love my body with the recent media switch where you see a lot of full figured women boasting about how great curves are. Not everyone's curvy >:(

you are fine. I have the same size as you and i'm just fine with the size. and everyone has one thats smaller than the other. If you get breast implants than you will have breasts that are too big and it won't look good. and some people might even be able to see that they're fake. So just love the breasts you have and don't do anything to them.

I would get an implant only to even them out if they were noticably different in size to the naked eye and looked 'funny.' But 34C is a good size and 34D on your frame, while 'sexy,' may be a bit too big for you and eventually cause you some sagging and potential back pain.

I have natural 36D's and I weigh about 118 pounds and am 5'6". They are not all that and a bag of chips. They hurt your back. You slouch over without even realizing it most of the time. And you have to worry about them getting saggy and droopy as you get older. C cups are fine especially on someone of your proportions. Don't get them unless you're ready for a life of always having to wear bras and not being able to wear some things because of them.
I would suggest just getting an implant in the one that is smaller. And yes, doctors are able to do that.

well i dont think you should do it. each boob is going to be different. they are not exact the same size. breasts implants will make your boobs definetly uneven to where you will see the difference. your a small girl so you will feel the implants inside of you. you will have stretch marks around your boobs to accomadate the implants to sit on your chest. impants do not feel natural and they sag just like natural breasts do. no mattter what we do: we can't control gravity from occuring to our bodies. i think your making a big mistake on doing this procedure. you breasts size now is big..... you dont want to regret it. when you have implants the volume to your natural breasts are gone. you need to do a research on breast implants before you even think about going along with the procedure. im a 34DD and i would love to be smaller. bras are so hard to find that are comfy. they give me back problems. you need to be happy with the boobs GOD has given to you ok...that's your natural boobs.

Don't do it, implants never look or feel as good as natural breasts. Plastic surgery is a quick fix kind of thing that might seem like a good idea at first but many people end up regretting it later on.

Well with your size, a 34D would look out of proportion a little bit. If you think you would be happier with implants then go for it but I'm sure you look great as you are.

They are fine. But depending on how old you are, you might still be growing. =\ and your lucky to be a c cup. I'm only an A cup and my mom is too. >.< I'm gonna suffer with an A cup forever. And really think about it, do you know the risks? they might come out crooked, or maybe even worse. And you will have to come back every so often to redo it.

You have the perfect size for your shape. I'd suggest you get an implant on the breast that is smaller to even them out. Otherwise, you're fine. :)
