I personally think people with a lot of tattoos are a little over the top but I also think they have a creative and artistic point of view by getting artwork over their skin. And some peoples tattoos significate past events that mean something to them.

But, many people get names tattooed and then spend thousands to get them remove, I think thats a little to 'head over heels' and they haven't really thought through the idea properly.

I don't really think anything of them because it's their body. It is however ugly when the tattoos are on their face, neck where it's visible. Those people will have a hard time finding a job because some companies have rules about tattoos where you have to cover them up.

Anyone who would judge someone negatively purely on the basis of tattoos, is not someone who warrants any respect in the first place.
I have found people from all walks of life who have tattoos. It is very closed and narrow minded people that look to the surface and no further.

First, I think it is a type of artistic expression. However... I think people with huge areas covered is too much.

Yes, I have a tattoo. I was a Search and Rescue Swimmer in the Navy, and have the symbol tatted on my left arm, above the elbow.

Just think of how NASTY these over-arted will look when they have grandkids. Scary!

I dig it! I have found that heavily tattooed people are very open and nonjudgmental. They also tend to be quite spiritual as many of their tattoos have special significance for them.

I'd call them decorated. Let's hope they take into consideration the "sag" of aging with their choice of pix! Grandma
