Absolutely. Clean, neat, understated. Just make sure that the blouse somewhat loose fitting and is buttoned up decently out of respect for the occasion. You might want to take along a light weight sweater in a very dark color or black to wear over your shoulders. Keep jewelry small and to a minimum. Nothing flashy. Shoes simple and understated too if possible. Hope this helps.

I think so. You have the black suit and that would be appropriate and look nice. We no longer have to wear black for funerals..as in past eras. Some think of a death as a celebration of the life of the person and even have parties. Sounds odd,, but if you believe in God and Heaven.............while you may feel sad...that person would want you to remember what is waiting in Heaven. What is appropriate is coming to pay your last respects. That's what counts. You will look wonderful but remember why you are there.

I think clean, nice, semi-formal clothing that doesn't call attention to itself is appropriate. A white shirt could certainly fall into this category.

Wear a blazer/jacket over it. The solid white might be a little too much, don't want to offend anyone.

I don't think it's inappropriate at all. These days not even close family members are expected to wear all black. I'd avoid anything festive-looking, but what you described sounds perfectly tasteful and reserved.

I would say anything that covers you up would be appropriate.

if you have a cardigan or a blazer to go over it, it will look better.
