how to make a Autorun.exe to play videos like avi,mpeg or browser tofiles in the cd ?

I know how to make a auto run exe using flash to install or some picture s to come up with text .. ..but I want to know how to make a auto run .exe like saying browser to file so when click on it will automatically go to cd files or when click on play it will play mpeg .avi files ?

like when installing a game ? there is menu to chosee ..
