I hope you have a pasta machine. It makes it much easier than rolling out with a rolling pin and cutting by hand.

If you mean how to cook prepared pasta, nothing could be easier. The directions are on the package.
Just bring a large pot of water to a boil, toss in the pasta, return to a boil and cook for 10 - 12 minutes.
Drain it in a colander, return to pot, add a couple of tablespoons of cooking oil or olive oil and stir well.
As for the pasta sauce, you can either heat it in a saucepan and eat it as is, or you can jazz it up.
I like to brown a pound of ground beef along with a chopped onion, half of a green bell pepper, chopped, and a tablespoon of minced garlic. Cook in a skillet until the meat is brown and the onions and peppers are tender. Drain off the fat, and add the pasta sauce plus Italian seasoning to suit your taste. Heat it to a simmer. You can do all this while the pasta water is coming to a boil and the pasta is cooking.
Then you can either add all the meat sauce to the oiled pasta in the pot, or put a serving of pasta on your plate, add the meat sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Place the pasta in a pot of boiling water a stir from time to time until it returns to the boil.
Simmer for about 7 minutes until you get it to the level of softness you desire.
Drain and return to pot. Stir in the sauce that you have heated in another pan.
Serve, with some grated cheese if you wish.
