I sell on ebay and was thinking of registering my business. 99% of my sales are out of state!

The answer by "judy" was pretty good. I would like to point out that the Oklahoma State Tax Comission offers a free seminar around the state concerning all the issues you brought up. To find a listing of seminars around the state, go to this web site.

You'll pay income taxes and self-employment taxes on all of your sales.

You'll only collect sales tax, and remit it to OK, for sales within the state.
