What do you think of piercings and tatoos??

I think they're disgusting! Especially when people stretch out thier ears! If you have a tatoo or pierced your body, what inspired you to?

cheeze l you're right! why would you want to ruin your body with those ugly plugs and nose rings!?

Just think about what you'll look like in 80 years with a huge sagging hole in your ear and old, wrinkly tattoos!

I think that they are cool. I would definatley geta tatoo when I come of age and a have piercings but not tons,i think that lokks gross when u have loads of them. And i also don't like the stretched ear thing same as you.it dosen't bother me, people can do whatever they want and i could care less. but i would never get that ear thing done.... but i do have my ears peirced i did the second holes myslef and the 1st i got when i way very young. I really want a tatoo.

I love piercings and tattoos. I just think they look good, personally i'm not a big fan of the stretched ears, but its not my body so it doesn't bother me, i just don't think they look to good. A lot of times piercings and tattoos become slightly addictive, even though ya don't like the pain ya end up getting more because you do like it (its kinda confusing) i think that tattoos if done right can look very nice, and piercings look good too.

I don't have my ears guaged, but what one person considers disgusting, other people find beautiful.

I have tattoos and I love them. They all remind me of people or specific times in my life and every time I look at them, I remember why I got them. Everyone compliments me on my ink and says I would be cute with or without my tattoos.

Also, having tattoos means not having to deal with close minded people.. such as yourself. If you don't like it, then don't look! You are pathetic.. why do you care what OTHER people do to their own bodies? Get a life.

Everybody has their own opinion. I have tattoo's that all have a meaning behind them and I also have piercings. And when I'm ready to give them up my body will close up the holes.

everybody has a different reason. have you ever thought that there are people out there who think you are disgusting? for no real solid reason, just maybe because of your hair color or because of how much you weigh or the way you talk. it is stupid for so many people to be so closed minded about so many things. congratulations for being one of those closed minded ones... maybe one day you will grow and change but perhaps not.

i got tattoos because i see them as art. i collect art not just in the form of tattoos but in drawings and paintings and photography and glass. the art on my body tells a story. it may not be an obvious story to the person who is looking at it but thankfully i didn't get my tattoos for anybody but myself. some people are deeper than just what's on the surface, that obviously isn't the case with you but i don't expect everybody to be openminded and intelligent.

also... all of us who have tattoos know that we are going to age and that is fine with us, regardless of whether or not we have tattoos we are going to be old and wrinkly. i think most people with tattoos aren't as vain as those without

a hole is not going to bother me
when i had many years of enjoyment
im young and im going to take advantage
of what i want now, i dont wnt to be old and be like i wish i would have did that.

nothing inspired me to get them
first i got my ears, because everyone had them, then i decided i wanted my nose because it was small and cute, then other things started appealing to me. and i love them !

I think some piercings are acceptable. Like ears & navel since those can be easily hidden. Tattoos & other piercings are just trashy. I have my ears pierced and my ear cartilage. and I do want my navel but I don't want any other piercings. because like I said, it looks bad.

I ♥ my tattoos and my piercings. I didn't get them to please anyone and I don't think anyone else does either. I got them to symbolize the person that I am. I put them on my body and if anyone has a problem with that then they must obviously have major issues of their own.

You mean that when I am 80, my skin will have lost elasticity?
WHY DIDN'T ANYBODY EVER TELL ME THAT?!?
Stretched ears can close up dear, and people that really love tattoos don't care that their ink will get saggy. We have the foresight to get ink we will love even when it doesn't look its best.
