People are afraid to be honest on t.v., radio and the papers. It's like admitting that you are an abortion doctor, very dangerous because there are so many lunkheads around. I am sure this will change for the better, as atheists realize that they are becoming less and less of a minority.

No. I don't think so. Christianity is not presented favorably, if at all, on major TV networks. Media is an outlet of humanism, much of which has it's roots in atheism. I just think that on YA, the atheists have an outlet to anonymously vent their frustrations.

Media is not a reliable or educated source. They often misuse words and disgrace the Scientific Method.
Is this a bad thing? Not necessarily.
Read a book by the Dalai Lima on the convergence of Science and Spirituality and you'll get it.

Undoubtedly. The mainstream mediua is owned by rich basstids who have a vested interest in appealing to a gullible public, and keeping the status quo. Pretty much the same reason slaveowners introduced Xianity to their slaves - keep them focused on the afterlife & a miracle savior so they'll follow orders here.
