if u have the title and proof of insurance, can u get the license plate for someone else? i live in michigan.

No. The person who wants the plate must sign for it.

Yeah you can. I got my boyfriends license plates a couple of times. All you need to have is title and proof of insurance. They may ask to see your ID as well. Also My boyfriends mom has gone to the SOS to get it too. I do live in Michigan
