Try the puffs. They are forified with vitamins and melt in baby's mouth. They are very easy to transport (like cheerios). My 22 mo still loves them.
Also try sweet peas, cut corn and cut up green beans.
Good luck and best wishes.

These have been my favorites for my 2 littlest girls:
String Cheese or Diced Cheddar Cheese
Diced Ham (I love to get the bags already diced made to use for salads)
Frozen Peas (thawed out of course)
Diced Tomatoes
Raisins

I didn't want to pay a bunch for the "baby foods", so I was looking alternative adult foods to give my daughter. I started with graham crackers broken up into bits. They dissolve really fast in her mouth!

biter biscuts from gerber were the best!! They disolve while beng eaten and get soft enough. My son LOVED them... then we moved to things like very ripe peaches, extremely small bites. pieces of bread work too if she likes them enough. GOOD LUCK!

My little loved oranges.. I would peel them and give her the pieces. Also grapes. Soft bread.

goldfish, cut up banannas, hot dogs cut up, pickles, any vegies that are cooked and cubed, anything really as long as it is small enough that they will not choke on it easily.
