No. I believe life created by God is eternal. This means that once you are created, you are going to exist forever. After you die (for whatever reason), you will either go to heaven and experience eternal life with God, or experience the anguish of eternal death in hell and isolation.
The way to be sure you are headed for heaven is to personally invite Jesus to be your Lord and Savior by accepting His atonement of sin on your behalf.

The "Soul" existed zillions of years before-it exists today and it shall exist zillions of years to come.It is "Eternal"=Na Boothvaa-Na Bhavitha vaa- Na bhyaha-Sasvathoyam".Soul only changes the worn out ,dilapidated body like a person changes his worn out, dilapidated clothes---"Vassaamsi Jeernani Yadha Vihaaya"

No, that would be free will. One comes into existence due to complex chemical and physiological interactions and they don't get to say anything about it beforehand.

Yes, but we do not have the right to end our life. No one can do the job God designed to you.You are important in the eyes of your Lord. He loves you, and He longs to have a relationship with you. : )
