The cartoon The House Builder-Upper you are mentioning. He builds the houses too quickly: in under seven minutes. He must always be careful where to put the nails, screws and such. His timing was imperfect here. He must've bought rusty nails from a poor person. My suggestion is to build the house slowly, so as not to ruin everything.

He uses chocolate nailsbecause they taste good when you hold them between your lips [ metal ones taste nasty. ] They melt in the sun. The first time you slam the door, everything goes out of balance, and BOOM! No more house.
