Considering the insect you dream of and the knowledge we have of them I would say that you are subconsciously aware that a disproportionate number of your women friends are not looking for love, but a ticket to ride.
Perhaps you might want to review the list of Friends you have and decide who is which?

Sometimes black widows can represent people you know who are full of deceit and lies, in particular woman. If you are entrapped by their deceit you find yourself paralyzed or under the influence of their deceit.

I don't know honey. Once I had a dream I was trapped in a room with thousands of them. And they were HUGE!! All over me, and I couldn't get them off.
But I am scared of spiders. So..... that is self explanatory.
