It's usually religious people who want other religious people killed. It's the easier route.
Atheists tend to use reason, logic, and evidence to convinced others of their views. Religious people really don't have this option, since their claims really are baseless. Religion is based on emotional hooks, so they guard themselves against other groups with similar emotional hooks. That's why they foster this "us-versus-the-world" mentality.
They actually treat apostates much worse than atheists, because they are the greater threat. It is much easier to get people to make a small change in belief than a large one. So, the church demonizes anybody who doesn't follow the exact doctrine. However, this has become more difficult because there are now so many sects and subsects of each religion.
Ultimately, it's a losing battle, because facts, while not always popular, are very persistent. I think that reason and logic will win out in the end.

you're an attentions seeker. people who positioned bumper stickers throughout their vehicle are interest seekers. you're basically like the ppl on the mall that positioned on rings via their noses and foreheads and someplace else and tattoo themselves throughout and then get dissatisfied while ppl stare or point out their seems. you like ppl to word your bumper stickers and respond. maximum word yet do no longer respond by way of fact they're commonplace. people who do respond are those basically like your self. A tad bit weird and wonderful. maximum conventional human beings do no longer positioned any bumper stickers on their vehicles to make statements approximately who they're. have you ever questioned in case you would be a tad bit paranoid schizophrenic? no person is out to kill you. No Christian hates you in straight forward terms b/c you have some stupid bumper decal on your vehicle...till you have run into one with some psychological ailments of their very own. the international is a notably stunning place with notably stunning human beings the two atheist and non secular.

It does not matter. The important thing to remember is that because he died for our sins, we are reconciled to the Father. We have a chance to be redeemed and washed clean in the blood of the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.
Jesus came here to die for our sins. He was born into the world for this mission. At any time, he could have called the whole mission off and just returned home to the Father, but where would that have left us?Jesus willingly gave his life as a sacrifice for all of us. We ALL put him on that cross!

More the latter, as atheists would have foregone the wait, and the pretense of actual violations of God's law, and acting out of their objectively baseless moral reasoning, and could have had him put to death even more easily - if God allowed it. Men such as Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot, etc, easily demonstrate that, as they did what was atheistically "reasonable" to them in slaying their millions, with no immutable moral standard to oppose them. http://www.christianaction.org.za/firearmnews/2004-04_thegreatestkiller.htm.
Meanwhile, the Bible, which authority the jealous high priests used in vain, condemns unjust killing, and defines the criteria for it (Num. 35, etc.).
Moreover, in instituting the prophesied (Jer. 31:31-33) New Covenant in His death (Lk. 22:20), He disallowed all religious violence in seeking to defend or expand His kingdom (Jn. 18:36; 2Cor. 10:1-4; Epg. 6:12), placing all capital punishment by men in the hands of the State (Rm. 13:1-14; 1Pt. 2:16).
Replacing carnal force with those of the Holy Spirit, true churches (not those of Rome) work to bring souls to repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus, to transform lives*, which effect testify to the manifest cause, that of the crucified and risen Lord Jesus.
And in addition, as a moral society is a better society, by focusing on bringing souls to be controlled from within (by the Spirit of Christ and conscience) rather than by the sword without (government's main power), the true church helps free up men to better society (notice who started the first colleges in America), and inspire greater discoveries for man's material betterment.
may you repent and believe by the grace of God.

The Jewish religious leaders wanted Jesus killed, and they convinced their congregants that it was the right thing to do. The leaders were afraid of losing what power they had over the people. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Jesus was killed because he had too much power(and to save our sins and such). The king at the time saw him as a threat, and hunted him down. Pretty much. Same reason they killed off Malcolm X and Martin Luther King.

the children of Israel went to the king and said Jesus(pbuh) is a threat to you, if you don't kill him he will take over. so he got his army prepared. of course Jesus knew this, so he asked a crowd, who will take my place on the cross? no one volunteered except a 14 year old. Allah made the 14 year old into the form of Jesus and elevated Jesus to heaven. the real Jesus was never crucified, and will return on anti Christ.
