What is the lowest possible speed that you can have and still play PS3 games online without lagging?

yea im thinking about getting high speed but at the lowest cost....also if you guys can find a cheap RELIABLE DSL that'd be great too

every PS3 game lags online. sony can't do anything right.

Not sure about the ins and outs, but i've got 4meg cable and not had a jot of lag whilst playing R:fom, Call of Duty3, etc
