Lol, Dragon Lee was a Bruce Lee impersonator who the Shaw Brother's dugged up from obscurity to try to ride on the Bruce Lee bandwagon after Bruce's demise, so he doesn't count. John Liu was one of my childhood favorites from the Shaw Brothers stable of stars along with Wang Tao. And though John Liu did have a rival in Delon Tam when it came to kicking, he was the better looking of the two and was able to make an international film, btw I believe he's Korean not chinese. Now to answer your question, if we're talking better martial artist in terms of a real fight, then my money's on Bruce Lee, he trained realistically and could be considered one of the pioneering if not the pioneer mixed martial artist of his time in the U.S. But if we're talking about movie martial arts then Jet Li has the wider range of techniques and the longer list of films made.
