they have the acidophilus all ready in it you can use it with out the tablets -hurb stores -just add that long as it HAS THE ACIDOPHILUS
take milk add -put in jars -get heating pad turn on high set the jars of milk on to make the yogurt lay paper towels on top each jar the germ will cook and be active till you turn off the heating pad and gets cold -
i use heating pad over night next morning i got the yougart -i do not like the oven as well as the heating pad or yougart maker heating pad works just as well and that is way i make it

you can also reuse them grem you cook and keep it active and on going
