puppy-proof the area where the youngster will spend most of his time the first few months. This may mean taping loose electrical cords to baseboards; storing household chemicals on high shelves; removing plants, rugs, and breakables; setting up the crate; and installing gates. Once you think you've completely puppy-proofed, lie on the floor and look around once more to get a puppy's-eye view.

don't constantly keep him in a crate. a crate should be used when no one is home, or when everyone is sleeping, not as a form of discipline, and definitely not used all the time

If you want your dog to stop doing that, put some food in front of it and then don't let the food be eaten until you tell the dog to eat. Another thing you have to do often is to take your dog for a walk so that you drain out the energy that it has inside. Encourage yourself to give your dog some discipline.

Keep stuff out of his reach as much as possible. Keep him in a crate or a puppy-proofed room when you can't watch him. When he is loose, supervise him carefully and distract him with a toy if he goes for something he shouldn't chew on. Make sure he has safe things to chew on - Kongs are great.

Be patient - he'll outgrow the chewing stage eventually!

What canine meals have you ever tried? you may desire to attempt EVO small bites. this is expensive although this is especially a lot the best food accessible. Or attempt Orijen. If those do no longer artwork you are going to be able to desire to attempt The effortless Kitchen. this is freeze dried and you upload water to it and then feed it. this is especially very like homeade canine food. you are going to be able to desire to be feeding her too a lot at a time. attempt speperating it into 3 or 4 food an afternoon.
