yes yes yes yes yes....even freeze it in ice cube trays then bag it for when you only need a little

Yes. I would cool it first in the fridge, remove all fat from the top (refrigerating it makes this very easy, just skim and dump it). Pour into containers that suit your needs, and freeze away!

yes definately, then you can make soups etc...wtih the stock/broth*
freeze in container with lid, or in zip lock bags

Yes; it freezes very well :-) I suggest freezing it in small quantities, so you can thaw only what you need.

Put it in an airtight container or freezer bag.
Freezes beautifully for later use in soups,stews,stuffings etc.
