I was just wondering cuz I'm eating some now and wanted 2 kno if people eat pumkin bread with chocalate chips i also do this with my pumkin muffins. Do u do this 2? what r some wierd food combinations do u do? please tell me!

I make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies (my husband is asking for me to make them now as they are his favorite homemade soft cookie.)

I haven't tried chocolate chips in my pumpkin bread but I'm going to this week. While I was looking for a pumpkin bread recipe I found one called Festival Pumpkin Bread and I has 1 cup of diced maraschino and chopped pecans. I have a small baking business and sold at our local farmers market and this sold great. Those who opened the slices they bought said it was great.
Thanks for the tip about the chocolate chips.

Actually, that isn't a weird food combination. I make pumpkin bread or pumpkin muffins and I add chocolate chips in. I also add chocolate chips to my banana bread and muffins.

Have never tried it with chocolate chips but I will now.
I put chopped nuts and raisins in my pumpkin bread so would work for muffins too.
I love chopped dates in bran or oatmeal muffins.
Banana bread is good with chocolate chips and I also like to add walnuts to it.

I love it and I do eat it quite a bit as it is one of my favorite snack foods. I love to put butterscotch or peanut butter chips into my chocolate chip cookie mix,and then bake it up,it is so good when it comes out of the oven,yummy! ;-)

I had some less than 20 minutes ago. It's one of my favorite foods. It means "fall is here" to me. Also, I use walnuts and I drizzle it with a spiced glaze (nutmeg, cinnamon, etc.). Here is a recipe that is pretty similar to what I make:

That's a good combination. Chocolate also works well in zucchini bread!

mmmmm i love it, especially the muffins, soon is holloween i am excited as i can buy some yummy pumpkin treats, inclluding pumpkin beer at trader joes..

mmm thats good! ive tried it..! but i havent had it in a while..
well i eat pizza with ranch,, some type of cereal with vanilla ice*cream (because it makes it taste like the cone you use),, almonds or peanuts and marshmellows with chocolate ice*cream,, some chopped jalepenos (however you spell it) and mushrooms with speghetti,,
well theres all sorts of mixture of food i eat
