No all Muslims are NOT the same.

You see Muslims have no true leaders. It doesn't have anyone who speaks for Muslims. There is no Muslim Pope. Muslims are very proud that all men are on the same level before God. Every Muslim man can determine God's will for him himself.

Therefore, every Muslim can decide what rules to follow for himself. As long as it does not contradict the Koran. Every Muslim is different from the next Muslim.

That's difficult to say exactly. islam is a very controlling belief with instructions given on many, many aspects of life, not just on spirituality. For example, it's very rigid on how many times a day and what time to pray, but it also tells you how to wipe yourself after using the bathroom, how inheritance works when someone dies, what music you can or, more appropriately, cannot listen to. So many aspects of social, economic and political life are also spelled out for Muslims. That doesn't leave much room for differences.

God Bless.
