You're absolutely correct. The Christian citizens of this country are indeed in the majority. It's common knowledge that America is a Christian nation. Not by constitution, but by majority of the population.

Technically the founding fathers left England searching for a greater powerful place. at that factor, England improve into ruled via the Catholic church and the Church of england. You have been the two one or the different. this is no longer the Christians, this is the doctrines the church put in place. yet you're forgetting that completely everyone seems to be imperfect and that they make blunders. Even those elected to potential make blunders. yet we could constantly no longer repeat the blunders of the previous, yet learn from them and enhance for the destiny. And in case you have no longer observed, anybody can vote, black human beings have all the rights via fact the white human beings do and all this improve into made conceivable via amendments made to the form. via ways, faith had no longer something to do with the beginning of u . s . a . of america. It improve into the classes that the founders have been taught.

He knows nothing. Atheism is illegal in Iran so he wouldn't give that a second thought. But the majority of people in the United States are christian. That dose NOT make us a christian nation. Do you really think that Osama knows that much of American history? (and Christians don't either)

It is written in 1 Corinthians1:17,18 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us who are saved, it is the power of God.

So? The Bible writes that to those who perish, the preaching of the cross is foolishness (or sin). So? If Osama died today, before receiving the atonement for his sins, he would wake up in hell fire. And a worse hell fire at that.

As an atheist in the US, can I claim exemption from this holy war between the US and Islam? Would be nice if non-Christians and non-Muslims were granted untouchable non-combatant status. I want no part of this religious feud.

This is the "religion" that is competing with the living God. Could Islam be the expected "Antichrist"?
