If she has the time and money to sue you for harrassment/slander between her affairs with her men...the more power to her......maybe her husband would like to know about her ...do not worry about it......she should be thankful that you took her daughter in rather her living on the streets.....

She technically should not be able to sue you on such minor terms, especially since she has so much going against her. If anything, you have far more evidence and terms to sue her or take legal action against her. Calling her a 'whore,' though rude, is not illegal. People yell that at each other even in court rooms, and they don't get sued for it, even if they are right in front of the judge. See what I mean? Good luck, my friend. It sounds like you have everything going for you. I'm rooting for you!

She can but the biggest part is does she have enough evidence to convince a Judge or jury that you damaged her character enough to award damages.I dont think so, plus you would have to have a third person involved to whom you told this, and whois holding this info against her thus damaging her character. Hope this makes sense

I think you can only be charged with slander if you tarnish her image by telling other people she is a whore. I doubt she has a case, just let her be, she will get hers, what goes around comes around.
