I do not really understand the point of your question but dachshunds are a lovely companion animal if a bit tricky to house-train. If your pup is part or all dachshund it should live about 12 years and watch-out for the beggar drive making it too pudgy, too much extra weight can put the long back out. Have much fun!

Has your dog by any chance been stolen or did it die and do you think your seeing him again? When my cat died i thought i was seeing him everywhere and I made up loads of excuses such as my parents gave him away because they didnt like him or somebody stole him because I just didnt want to believe he was dead and wasnt coming back. I never seen his body because he got hit by a car while I was on holidays and somebody was looking after him.

the picture shows the three types ( wire hair, short hair, and long hair) the on in the middle is a short hair
your question doesn't make sense what do you mean is it bad?
