Burt's Beeswax Lip Balm is the best. I used to use carmex and several others, but Burt's is the best. I know they have it in natural health stores, I've even seen it in some gas stations.

I'm not familiar with carmex. However, these (see link) are good for the lips. Particularly the Exfoliating Lip Treatment and the Vitamin C Lip Treatment

The problem is not just your lips. Nutrition will help. I recommend the Ashanti Beauty Blend http://www.marketamerica.com/pulse99/index.cfm?action=shopping.uoProduct&storeID=8&prodID=13997
The Beaty Blend is targeted to enhance the natural beauty of the skin.

you should see a doctor, your lips shouldnt peel off every 3 days! thats not right. Use a deep moisturising lip balm and stop using lipstick or glosses for a while. Also, DONT use vaseline! Your lips become dependent on it and it could make things worse.

i've used soo many products. carmex at first helped me but after a while my lips got used to it, so they'd peel more often. for a long time now i use BURT'S BEES - beeswax lip balm. it works great all the time, and it has a minty feeling to it :)

i wouldnt use carmex because it actually eats away layers of your skin and sucks out moisture on your lips, which makes you have to reapply it every ten minutes because it has something called salicylic acid. Stick to Chapstick :)

carmex is good, aquaphor healing ointment is best. Also, you can exfoliate your lips by rubbing them lightly with your toothbrush (no paste!) every few days.
