Depends on your age and where you are. If you are of
college age or will be soon, you may want to consider
naval ROTC in a college. That's what I did when I went
to college; I went through naval ROTC and received my
commission when I graduated. You can talk to a local
Navy recruiting office or NROTC unit if you live near a
college where ROTC is offered. If you are a college
graduate, ask them about OCS.
