whenever i talk to someone i day dream and end up not listening to the speaker. some words in conversation, speech or whatever just trigger me to start day-dreaming and my brain gets too busy to listen to anyone. need help

just try to focus on the current conersation for focusing can make things work

Connect with one of the senses. Truly listen, touch, feel, smell, taste. It takes practice. There are many yogic practices to help with this as there are a number of kinds of yoga. Consider finding a true yogic school and working under discipline.

This is very common. I think it is an issue of concentration. Work on paying attention to what someone is saying. Everytime you see your mind wandering, pull it back. The more you work on this, the better you will get.

i have that issue too.
but i think it has relation with our lifestyle.
do you spend time for physical exercises?
i'm lacking it.
