I'm sorry but I think you acted in a pretty irresponsible way in taking your female to your friend's house when she was on heat, knowing full well that there was an uncastrated male dog there.
If the dogs locked and tied there is a darn good chance that she is pregnant. Why don't you want to take her to the Vet?
She should go to the Vet and he will confirm whether or not she is pregnant.
The gestation period is 63 days from the day of mating so
I would advise you to start counting the days. You shouldn't be able to feel the puppies until she is about 6/7 weeks into whelp but a Vet can palpate the abdomen when she is about four and a half weeks and he will be able to tell you then.
It might be a good idea to have her speyed at the earliest opportunity to prevent this sort of thing happening again and I should tell your "friends" to get their dog castrated too.

Why don't you want to take her to the vet? If she isn't pregnant, you have shown that you are unable to properly contain an unspayed female and she should be spayed at the vet so this never happens again. And you should tell your friend the same thing - he is not responsible enough to keep an intact male, so he should go to the vet also and have his male neutered.
If she is pregnant, you MUST take her to the vet so you can either have the pregnancy terminated or so that he can tell you how many puppies to expect and give you LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of advice on reading material that you need to read BEFORE your dog whelps the puppies. Because, see, when you come back on 60 days from now asking for help, people arne't so nice then. In fact, people are pretty rude when you don't properly get medical care and learn about pet responsibilities.

if her nipples are hard it's not good the rest if you don't care enough to find out if she's pregnant and don't care about her helath tehn just wait and see.
A responsable breeder would know this and be having their dog checked by the vet.
I hope you plan on spending the money for the wormings starting when the pups are 2 weeks old and every 2 weeks and not the cheap over the counter junk either you need tohe good stuff from teh vets. teh pups should also get their 1st shot at 6 weeks old and in most states that is teh breeders responsability and don't forget teh cntract withteh guarantees required in most states and be prepared to spend out money if the vet of a new owner finds a problem

Oh my goodness. Find a way to take her to the vet. If you can't afford it, check with your local animal shelter about options.
If she is pregnant, do you plan on keeping the puppies? And if so, what are you going to do with the puppies once they are weaned? Puppies are not that easy to give away....
If you do not want to keep the puppies, or you can't keep and care for them financially or because of lease agreement, or any other reason, take her to the vet. The vet can spay her. Being pregnant (if she is) it is the equivalent to a doggy abortion and she will not get pregnant again.
If she is not pregnant, she should go to the vet anyway. First, to see what is wrong with her stomach and second, to be spayed. Unless you are professionally breeding and selling pets, ALL pets should be spayed or neutered.
Good luck to you. Hope it is nothing seriously wrong with her.

You absolutely need to take the dog to the vet. And you should have her spayed at the next opportunity.
I'm curious: Why did you allow the dogs to mate when you don't even want to take her to the vet? Puppies are a huge responsibility, (time-consuming, expensive, etc.) even if you don't plan on keeping them.

I think she is pregnant and lactating is the sign of birthing sooon. Depending on her breed, size, age. ect. She may need a vet to help with birthing .
For example English bull dogs are only able to have cesarean births. Which mean: a Vet must cut her in order the get the puppies out.
If she would try and birth by herself she and the puppies would die.
* please take your dog to the vet*

i think that you were very irresponsible taking a dog in heat to a persons house with an intact male. go get your dog spayed, and tell your friend to get their dog neutered. i also think that if you want a pet you should be taking it to the vet at least once a year. if you cant afford vet care then don't own a pet.

Sounds pregnant to me..... pretty irresponsible. You don't know anything about breeding, they most likely aren't the same breed, and you're not willing to take her to the vet. People like you are why there are so many unwanted dogs in shelters. Leave the breeding to people who know what they are doing!!!

Why don't you want to take her to the vet? That's just exactly what you must do. Take care of her, she may be pregnant and needs care, pregnant or not!!
