my friend was telling me about someone we know thats in the hospital and is on a drug thats like a tranquilizer or something, and it starts with a "c" he just cant remember what its called. does anyone know??

yeah..i found out it wasnt even a c, it was a k...i cant think of the name of it now, but i ended up finding out wut it was...thanks for all ur input! <3

Major Tranquilizers are drugs such as Thorazine, Haldol, Clozaril and Risperdal. These drugs are referred to as Neuroleptics and are most commonly prescribed as anti-psychotics.

there are many medications starting with a c and nearly all drugs found in a pharmacy ate used in hospital. try being more specific eg why is it used ? what side effects it caused ? dosage form ? etc ...

Is it IV or a tablet? The "c" is for a brand name or generic?
Clonazepam, Chlordiazepoxide, Chlorpromazine?
