She avoids akward situations. Chances are shes still interested. She might not be but if you dont approach her youll never know.
Just talk to her ask her whats up and if she still interested.

She may have been really busy and just didn't have time to get with you.
Summertime is a busy time for a lot of us because we think of working and making more money than just with babysitting.

maybe shes afraid it will be awkward or maybe she is afraid yall will get too close and she might get hurt. alot of girls are like that. u should dive in and talk to her and find out for yourself!
