ok, i've lost 73 pounds in the last year and a half....i have lots of flabby skin on my upper and lower stomach (not to mention my breasts and thighs and buttocks). anyway, it really bothers me because i feel i still look "fat" with all the skin that hangs over my jeans. my pants are NOT too small...they fit great--it's just that the extra skin has to hang somewhere and it's all around my waistline. i can't afford a tummy tuck but i want one...is there a way to get it if my stomach skin-hanging is mentally traumatic for me???

No. There would have to be a medical reason needed to have it removed. They consider tummy tucks a cosmetic surgery.

No tummy tuck is considered cosmetic surgery. Unless you were super morbidly obese and doctors gave a medical reason for the skin removal. like your life was at risk. But I seriously doubt that will happen in your case. You may be able to obtain financing with a company the surgeon may recommend. Other than that I would suggest saving your money.

Tummy tuck is considered cosmetic. Cosmetic procedures are not covered unless is medically necessary. You must be able to provide all necessary documentation and have it pre-approved before the procedure. I doubt that it will be approved.
