tell him that if he does not stop calling you you are going to be forced to get a restraining order and if the threat of actually doing so is not enough to stop him go to your local courthouse and find out how to file the restraining order to keep him from calling you . . . .

You sound like a very nice person, and I am sure you don't want to hurt this guys feelings. It sounds like he hasn't gotten the message that your just not interested anymore. There is a point, with some people, where you just can't be nice anymore. They take that as you being interested, and that isn't your fault. Next time he calls calmly tell him you are not interested, this is the last time you will be speaking to him, and if he calls again you will just hang up. If this continues for a month or so let him know that you will be considering a restraining order.

Have MOM do an interception the next time he calls your house. Let your mom answer and tell him politely that you will no longer be accepting his calls, then have you mom tell him that if he continues to call...then she might be inclined to inform the police for harassment charges.
*Usually.........they take the hint.* Especially when it comes from the parents.
Then if things persist even after that, you might have to go talk to the police about harassment and a restraining order.

When he calls, cut him short and tell him that you have things to do, and have to go. Don't get into conversations with him, because then he thinks you want to hear from him. If you don't cut him off he will continue to call until he finally gets the idea that you are not interested.

Just keep reiterating to him to stop calling and then hang up. Don't let him pull you into the conversation or it will perpetuate the behavior.

i had the same problem. my ex kept calling and i got so frustrated with it and so i told one of my guy friends and when my ex called me and my friend just happened to be at my house, my friend totally flipped out on my ex and e never called back again.
but if that doesnt help you, you could just ignore his calls. or like when he calls be like "sorry i cant talk, im going to go hang out with my friends/bf. bye." or "sorry im busy right now"
