Yes, they could well be connected. Certain types of headache, particularly types of migraine, can be triggered off by the enzymes found in certain foods, the most common three are cheese, chocolate and red wine, so the chances are that they are connected. The milk you drink in tea does not contain the same enzymes, the headache you get has nothing to do with lactose, or lactose intollerance, but the enzyme, whose name I can't remember right now.

Doens't sound as though he's treating you with the seriousness that it merits. possibly you at the instant are not getting your finished concerns in the process to him in a fashion that he appreciates. in case you have self belief which you have an hypersensitivity then it would be shown. sorting out for allergic reactions is tedious yet while your have it completed then you definately will understand precisely to what you're allergic and what sparked your disease. you may desire to be lacking out on a international of cheeses while it is not mandatory. Are you particular that it replaced into the cheese which made you ill? in case you already know this then you definately can alter your nutrients ordinary thus. possibly it replaced right into a particular form of cheese that affected you (replaced into it a 'blue?). it would be which you won't be in a position to eat cheese from cow's milk yet you may eat it from sheep or goats milk. some allergic reactions can disappear after a mutually as (and a few can without warning look). See your rfile returned and positioned the arguments to him as I propose. He could be extra sympathetic. If no excitement then look up yellow pages for an hypersensitivity health center.

Yes,one can tolerate milk but can be allergic to Cheese. The reason is quite obvious. There is no " aecetomysis bacter" i.e; the yeast in milk. While the yeast, responsible for fermentation of milk into cheese, can be a allergen or allergy causing for individuals.Hence it is common knowledge that people can tolerate milk but are allergic to cheese. But your headache, may be for some other reason and not cheese allergy.

I have an intolerance to both cheese and chocolate. Don't get headaches, but get a pins and needles feeling in my face when I eat them. These are the only 2 foods I get a reaction from.

Try eating hard cheese instead of soft cheese, I cant remember the exact science behind this theory but it has something to do with lactose. There are web pages out there which explain this, try typing in Lactose intolarence in you search engine and all the answers will be there.

it sounds like your allergic to an ingredient which is in the cheese and NOT the dairy... if you were lactose intolarent then you would have stomach cramps and poop your brains out.. lactose intolerance doesn't give you headaches!!
theres just one simple answer to your question... STOP eating cheese.. you dont need it in your diet and its also a bad culprit to gaining weight.. because of its high content of pure fat.

It could be something that is in the cheese. Another ingredient or the process. My daughter can't have milk or yogurt, but can handle cheese.

yes there are ingredients and proteins only in cheese that are not in other dairy products. try cutting it out completely for a month then eat a large piece or portion of cheese. you should know immediately if you are allergic to it or not.

you probably have an intolerance to dairy products in general.but because cheese is such a strong dairy product, you are getting the symptoms of an intolerance,
try avoiding it and see what happens.
cheese is a product to particularly avoid if you suffer from any sinus problems
good luck

I feel your pain, literally, I get frequent migraine's and my neurologist gave me a list of foods to avoid and cheese was one of them, especially hard cheese,my favourite!!!!! I don't mind giving up wine, don't drink, Thankfully chocolate doesn't bother me too bad, I don't eat alot of it though, but I love cheese!!!!!! I'm sorry :(
