I have heard that curcuminoids, the yellow base found in tumeric helps with lowering stress and depression. Is this true? Is this in a multivitamin also? What other nutrients help with depression and stress? Thank you. =)

Nutrients can have a great effect on your stress and depression. Using a high quality multi mineral and vitamin supplement is a great place to start. Mineral deficiency is a major cause of many of the common complaints that people have with their health.

I have personally found that a mineral supplement by Robert Barefoot called coral calcium supreme is one of the best mineral and vitamin supplements to use. It has all the vitamins and minerals you need and really helps to relax me when I feel the pressures of work and family.

It really helps me to sleep, I take 2 capsules with my dinner and find that it allows me to relax and get to sleep instead of laying in bed and thinking about everything.

Fish Oil and Flaxeed Oil. They come in pills, and help reduce stress and anxiety. They also are good for your hair and skin, we usually dont get the nutrients found in these pills unless we eat a lot of fish or seafood, but I found taking two a day (the required serving) has helped reduce my stress level and i'm not as depressed.
