Somehow Explorer got on task bar and I can access it by right clicking. If I want icons from Desk Top I must left click with middle finger and that's difficult for me. How do I get other desktop icons on task bar so I can activate them by right clicking.

By going to CONTROL PANEL, then clicking on MOUSE, you can re-assign your right button to activate programs instead of the left button .

You can either switch the buttons or keep using your middle finger to left click. I somehow got into the habit of using my middle finger to left click and third finger to right click. it is natural now and only takes a few days to get used to it.

It seems such as you have what's called a "set off finger." i might seek for advice from an orthopedic scientific expert, who can propose the main suitable direction of therapy; normally a steroid shot. now and returned surgical technique can restore it too.
