I went on a date with this guy. He is really nice but he didnt make any sexual comments or moves on the whole date. He tends to have alot of female friends too and he noticed girl clothing and what is out of style. I am worried if he is straigth or what because usually a guy his age would be more sexual and making compliment and flirting. He says he liked me though. What do you think? Is he gay?

More than likely he's probably. He's most likely a gentleman and doesn't think it's appropriate to make a sexual move on the first date. But he could be gay if he's making comments on female clothing.

Sounds like he has respect for you if he didn't make any moves , I'm a guy and NOT gay and I do the same thing on dates , I usually wait to make a move like that when I think the time is right , the first date is definitly not the time..

I wager that he is not gay. He was on a date with you, and he said he likes you.
Was he raised by his mother? There are a lot of "effiminate men" who behave differently than the standard "macho" dude that most women cannot resist. If he's raised by his mamma, he's gonna be more sensitive, etc, etc.
This guy will probably not turn you on sexually.... at first. You have to give it time. The likely bit here is that he is the type of guy that is good for the long haul. You need to figure out what your priorities in life are and what you expect out of a relationship with a man.

it is really sad... when a girl has to be sexually approached on a first date or feels something is wrong. what happened to being a lady... and getting to know someone first. whether or not he is gay .. is not the question. you should not be so eager..to get physical anyway. maybe he is a gentleman... maybe he is gay. suspose he was and you had sex.. would you be happy then? i like sports.. and have a lot of guy friends. and i am not gay. i think there is a bigger issue here.

If you hadn't said that part about noticing clothes and if they were out of style, I'd have said he is probably just a gentleman who is not trying to rush things.
With the clothing comment, I too have my suspicions.

He might just be shy. Alot of teenage guys have no clue how agressive to be with a girl, and are scared of being too agressive.
Of course, he might be gay too. It's pretty much impossible to tell when you don't know the guy.

not flirting is not a sign, some guys just treat you better then you think you should be treated.
noticing womens clothes are out of date, he is gay. we only notice cleavage and short skirts, we dont care how out of date it is.

Who knows? He may be and not even realize it. He may be straight and just be in touch with his "feminine" side. Perhaps he's being respectful of you. some times when someone is really interested, they'll take the time to get to know you before trying to bed you.
