According to ancestry.com the surname HANZAKLIK includes people emigrating from Hungary and Checkoslovakia(also, referred to as 'Bohemia' in the good old days). Borders changed and country names changed. So, Hungary may actually be Slovakia in today's world. This is what happened with my grandfather.
I, also, found a reference to Minsk, Russia.
Clearly this surname has absolutely nothing to do with Mexico, unless people with this surname emigrated from eastern Europe to Mexico, perhaps, after one of the world wars.

It is rather difficult to say that something is a "Mexican last name." Most Mexicans have European, principally Spanish, surnames. There could be a Mexican with that last name. Ny guess is that the surname is eastern European, probably Slovak or Czech.
