Probably but I would throw in wishing on a star along with the finger crossing just to be on the safe side. Oh and for luna the same could be said about prayer. You can pray for anything it doesn't mean it will happen either. Cause if it did I would be a lottery winner lol

I think there are no special ways to pray. You need no finger crossing. Effective prayer is you talking to God. A wish is something directed at that bloke that does the box thingy.

The actual finger crossing is just that. Some people, kneel to a crucifix, some sit in front of a Buddah. Some, put a bobble-head Jesus on their dashboard. But, prayer, is petition or request to a God who hears and knows our hearts. There are many biblical examples of people using other things or other gods for prayer or requests. The God above all gods will hear you and respond to you when you appeal to him.

Yes just as effective, both will do absolutely nothing, you could try wishing on a star or find an old oil lamp and try rubbing it, you never know.

Only if you believe that finger-crossing works, in spite of any and all evidence to the contrary. That's called faith.

It depends on the wish you made. You can't wish for love so don't get your hopes up. Anything else... maybe. Be careful what you wish for though.

If you desire something just ask God for it, no need for finger crossing.
