If I exercised yesterday and feel a bit sore should I exercise today or rest?

It seems to me it would be okay to rest. If you did exercise, I would say take it easy. Perhaps you overdid it yesterday.

Exercise different muscles today. You should always leave 2 days between tough workouts for each muscle group, so if you do you legs on a Monday, don't do them again until Thursday.
The aching shows you've had a good workout and now you should let the muscles rest and rebuild.

No just go on,if you take a rest everytime you are sore then you will get nowhere.......if it persists and you can barely walk then it is time to take a rest.Remember that sore feeling proves that you had a good workout

no you should not exercise but do acouple of streches. Remember you should exercise one day then the next day relax. Your body needs to relax so it can grow the muslces.

work out three times rest four times but do streches.

im no docotor or anything coz im lyk 13 lol but i do figure skating and i do off ice whitch is exsercising and we were always told that when we get hme after off ice then to have a warm bath with redox in the bath and i alway excercise during the week between ever sunday when i have off ice. my ,musles hurt to the next day but it should be gone by tomorro. lol

rest a bit .... and then take it slow next time yoo start working out aigain !
